Initial Occupational Therapy Evaluation

Includes:

  • Review of comprehensive intake form

  • A 60-90 minute comprehensive evaluation to occur in the therapy clinic

  • Completion of Sensory Processing Measure-2

  • Full report (7-10 pages)

  • One-hour parent meeting to explain all findings within the evaluation and recommendations for an ongoing plan of care

Caregiver Coaching

This is a virtual service. This is not considered OT or a medical service. Therefore, OT will not be provided and no medical advice given. However, OT will be recommended if needed and if that conclusion is made during the coaching session.

60-minute 1:1 virtual conversation

  • For parents who have questions but don’t believe their child needs occupational therapy services at this time or who are receiving services somewhere else

  • Topics may include but are not limited to: parenting questions, facilitating development, addressing tantrums, attachment parenting, and sleep concerns (this package does not include a comprehensive assessment)

Sleep Intake Evaluation followed by 60-90 minute follow-up with suggestions

  • Review of comprehensive sleep intake and assessment

  • 60-90 minute sleep 1:1 sleep consultation

  • Additional resources pertaining to sleep concerns for your child

    • Email check-in 2 weeks after initial meeting
